Compact Pet-Friendly Garden
Project Overview
This compact, unusually shaped corner plot garden was previously made up of a small decking area and natural lawn that had become worn and muddy through regular use by the client’s dog. Our goal was to maximise every inch of the space while creating a practical and attractive garden for both the family and their pet.
We introduced a raised patio area positioned to capture the daytime sun, alongside a durable artificial lawn perfectly suited for year-round use by the dog. Structured planting beds were added to bring shape, texture, and opportunities for seasonal planting throughout the garden.
To make the most of the smaller side section of the plot, we designed and built a bespoke pergola, creating a sheltered space for outdoor dining and the client’s darts area — extending the usability of the garden in all weather conditions.
