About the Role

We are seeking an experienced landscaper to lead the construction and installation of bespoke landscaping projects, overseeing a team and ensuring everything runs smoothly on site. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

What We’re Looking For Someone Who:

· Has experience in landscaping and construction

· Can confidently manage a team and run a site

· Is based in Leeds (or very nearby)

· Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own transport

· Has a CV and references ready to share

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and supervise on-site landscaping projects from start to finish

· Build hardscapes – patios, retaining walls, pathways

· Install soft landscaping – turfing, planting, trees

· Operate machinery such as excavators and dumpers

· Oversee deliveries and ensure correct tools/materials on site

· Motivate, manage, and support staff daily

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site

· Communicate clearly with clients and ensure their expectations are met

What You’ll Need

· Proven experience in landscaping and/or construction

· Experience leading a team and running a site

· Ability to read and follow technical drawings and plans

· Great communication and leadership skills

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

· Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

· Awareness of health & safety regulations and PPE standards

What We Offer

· Starting salary: £40,000+ (depending on experience)

· Consistent hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

You’ll take a key role in the design and development of beautiful residential gardens, producing your own design concepts and drawings and contributing to projects from initial consultation through to completion. Key Responsibilities

· Produce your own design concepts, drawings, plans, and visualisations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and InDesign

· Work collaboratively with our design and build teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

· Conduct site visits, surveys, and client consultations

· Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and contractors

· Support and lead elements of project proposals from concept to construction

What You’ll Need

· A degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Garden Design, or a related discipline

· At least 2 years’ experience in a garden or landscape design studio

· Proven ability to produce your own garden designs

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign

· Has experience in landscaping and construction joinery

· Is based in Leeds (or very nearby)

· Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own transport

· Has a CV and references ready to share

Key Responsibilities

· Create and install wooden structures, including decking, fencing, gazebos, garden rooms, and outdoor furniture, along with cladding and a mixture of internal joinery such as kitchen fitting, and other second fix joinery.

· Collaborate with clients, design team, and landscape team, to deliver projects on time and within budget

· Ensure that all structures meet health and safety standards

What You’ll Need

· Proven experience as a joiner, with a portfolio of work samples

· Knowledge of construction and landscape design

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Ability to read and interpret project plans and designs

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Physical stamina and strength

· Knowledge of working safely
