In this project in Cleckheaton, we constructed a raised decking area using Ipe hardwood that steps down into a lawn area. The garden slopes towards the rear, so the raised decking area means that much more of the garden is a useable space, without having to use any steps . We used a glass balustrade which creates a physical barrier but does not interrupt the view to the woodland at the foot of the garden
